If
you're drawing many of the same shape, you can double click on the shape
button and this will keep the tool turned on so you can draw as many shapes
as you like. Press Esc to turn it off.
To
quickly start your slide show from anywhere, press F5 function key.
A
PowerPoint Show is created from a presentation using Save As and choosing
the PowerPoint Show file type. When you want to present your show, just
double click on this file from Windows Explorer or a shortcut on the
desktop.
To
quick get back to your first slide, hold down both your mouse buttons at the
same time.
If
you want a graphic to have a transparent background so that the background
of your slide shows through, On the picture toolbar, select Set Transparent
Colour button and click on the background colour of your graphic
