Download Course Outline
This is the outline of our Microsoft Project Level 3 course - Duration: 1 day
You have been using Microsoft Project for some time and in doing so have found that, by using this application correctly, you can bring your projects in on time and on budget. You know however, that there are areas of Project that may even further increase your ability to use Project effectively. This course looks at some of the more challenging subjects in Microsoft Project such as issues surrounding the concept of “work” and using Earned Value Analysis. It also shows you how calculated fields will enable you to extract specific information relevant to your projects. These concepts will give you a deeper understanding of why Project does what it does and how this can help you drive your projects more successfully. We recommend this course as a third day’s training following on from Level 1 or Level 2.
We specialise on on-site training and can come to you to run our course either on your PC's or provide our own high specification equipment. If you want specific training for your staff, we are happy to customise this course to your requirements, adding or removing topics as necessary.
This course can be run as MS Project 2003, MS Project 2007 or MS Project 2010, you can find our MS Project 2010 upgrade course here
