All our Courses are now available as “Live Online Training“, here’s what you need to know.

In a “Social Distancing” world we can’t gather together in groups for Training. So how can organisations keep their skills current when we can’t get together in the same room? The answer is with Live Online Training.

What is Live Online Training?

Our live online training is delivered live over Zoom, with support and resources provided online. Attendees don’t need to group together; they can attend from anywhere they have a laptop and an internet connection. This makes it perfect for staff that are working from home, they just need their laptop and internet, and use Zoom, an app they’ve probably used before for online “Pub Quizzes” or to chat with family members. It’s also great for furloughed staff at home, they can keep their skills current or learn new ones ready to return to work. Attendees will get to chat and interact with their Trainer online, ask questions, get clarification and learn all they need about these important business applications.

What courses are available?

All of the courses we provide for Microsoft Power BI and Excel  are available as live online training. The one day courses are delivered as two online sessions, the first from 10:00am to 12:30pm and the second at 2:00pm to 4:30pm. The two-day courses will be run in the same way, but it’s not necessary for the two days to be consecutive. In addition to the online sessions attendees will have access to a Teams site which provides Training data and other resources.

How do I book a course?

The first step to get on a course is to contact us and tell us what course you want. We’re running public courses for Power BI Fundamentals and will shortly be offering Advanced Power BI, DAX and Excel. If you have more than three staff to train we can run a private course for your staff, at dates convenient to you. These private courses can be delivered over Zoom, or any other corporate communications software you use, for example Webex, Teams or GoToMeeting.

Keep your business skills current.

This “new normal” of social distancing and lockdown is probably set to last many months. That doesn’t mean that business stops. To be successful, businesses will adjust how they work. Skills in the key Microsoft applications are still necessary for business. Live Online Training lets companies improve their skills without compromising staff and maintaining social distancing.
